•Control and monitor of pay in cash or cheques to bank accounts. •Prepare cash management borrowing or deposit, etc. •check accounting documents which are related to deposit money to bank accounts. •Do financial reports, returned cheques including control of submitting reports by due date dateline. •Do monthly weekly and month end bank reconciliations •Review/ check documents; cheques, promissory notes be correctly issued and are deposited to bank accounts every morning •Check cash balances of all bank accounts and manage cash to optimal level. •Check outstanding balance and money from deposit up country cheques and transfer the particular money to proper bank account(s). •Prepare promissory notes, calculate interest on P/ N and examine those documents which finance officers prepare. •Manage bank vouchers before submit for approval. •Arrange daily cash report before submit to Head of Finace. •Manage payment transactions to be paid at due date. •Other assignment by superior.
