• Obtaining quotations from suppliers and continuously conduct price negotiations with suppliers/vendors to find best deal. • Verification of invoices against original orders to ascertain compliance with all the conditions of purchase prior to payment. • Issue purchase orders • Purchase all items mostly with local supplier • Work with suppliers to meet the production deadlines and follow up all purchase order • Checking quote with the supplier and compare the price • Prepare the purchase order report (Monthly/yearly purchase order reports)

** Requirement: - At least 3 years experiences in related the field - Available (Male) - Good in spoken and written English - Computer knowledge – especially Excel, internet and email. Experience of Accounting System an advantage - Flexibility to respond to the needs of the business - Ability to work under pressure and autonomously - Work with manufactory is better ** Working day - Monday-Saturday (Saturday half day off) - Lunch time (12pm-13pm) ** Salary and Benefit: - Salary (Negotiable) - Insurance covered - Uniform
