- Supervise and guide the Sales Rep. - Monitor closely the sales performance of the company’s brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved; - Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force and distributor; - Execute promotional and merchandising and representatives in negotiation of sponsorship and contracts; - Managing the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets; - Generating daily, weekly and monthly sale reports; - Ensuring that all claims are complies with company policy; and - Other assignment may require to do time by time.

- Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or other related field. - Flexible - Hardworking - Good communications - Strong commitment - Result-oriented - Be able to travel to upcountry - Possess valid driving license is a must
