• Responsible for requirement gathering, scoping, designing, development and testing of software that require to carry out the business processes more efficiently and effectively •Improve functionality, scalability, and maintainability of existing systems. •Develop software solutions with highest quality standards using best development practices, methodologies available using high level programming such as MVC, asp.net, C#. •Determines operational feasibility by evaluating the analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. •Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. •Investigate and troubleshoot issues in software solutions implemented by IT •Co-ordinate with other team members to ensure that the project deliverables and timelines are met. •Mentor the team for coding, design and come up with process improvement. •Integrate software with other systems using SQL, Web Services, and Custom APIs. •Ensure source code is securely backed up and includes all latest developments. •Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools & programming techniques. •Maintain confidentiality of business intelligence gathered during requirement gathering. •Adhere to all Intellectual property while handing and use of source code & application software used for software development.

•3+ Years’ experience in design, development and maintenance of C#/.NET applications on both Web and Windows platforms. •Degree in Information Technology (preferable), Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Software Engineering, membership of professional IT body with a professional qualification in software development such as MCSD •Ability to gather user requirements precisely, analyze and then produce a clear system requirement spec and statement of work (SOW). •Experience working with modern SDLC methodologies, including Agile •Strong Object Oriented design and analysis skills. •Strong database experience utilizing Microsoft SQL Server •Ability to perform code walkthroughs •Documentation of systems and procedures •Be able to implement Microsoft Team foundation server, distribute work assignments, code reviews and share knowledge and project progress through TFS platform. •Ability to work together with a Local software engineer and with a team of overseas developers within the group •Third party System integration, API design & development •Experience in the apparel industry will be an added qualification •Good verbal and written communication skill
