** MAJOR TASKS - Managing and operating all property systems and equipment according to the authorization of Property Manager, following the standard operating procedures and checklist (Air-Con, Elevators, Generators...) - Implementing periodic inspection of property’s systems, facilities and equipment. - Managing all property’s assets, equipment and public facilities; the facilities handover to tenants. Organizing monthly inventory to evaluate and control the property’s assets, equipment and public facilities. - Implementing periodic preventive maintenance plans for all property’s systems. - Being in charge of handling technical problems occurred in the property. Recommending the correction and solutions in preventing the same problems happen. - Checking, reporting the consumptions of electricity, water of the property and tenants. - Guiding the tenants in following the Rules and Regulations regarding the property’s M&E. - Supporting other departments and tenants all the related matters of engineering as required. - Maintaining 24/24h contacts to handle the emergency cases. - Direct supervising installation activities within the property - Maintaining the following accordingly of Fire, Safety and Environments Rules & Regulations. - Implementing shift handover, guides and reports in each shift according to Property Manager’s requirements. - Implementing other responsibilities as required by Property Manager. - Preparing periodic or unexpected reports as required by Property Manager.
