-Plan, manage, evaluate and ensure successful outcome of the learning & development interventions of the program as planned -Maintain cooperation and proper dialog with the partner-institutes -Maintain the dialogue with the departments involved in OJT, collect their qualifications of the students and consider their proposals for adjustments and improvements -Manage, develop and engage team members to fully perform current and future tasks -Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: -Bachelor Degree of Business Admin or related field -Knowledge of adult learning & development -2-3 years of experience -Microsoft Office programs -Good written and speaking in English -Facilitating skills -Interpersonal and communication
