**Education and Training : -Degree holder – University graduate any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources or law. -C-TPAT Training / Social Accountability Training / Safety Training / First Aid Training Course., etc -Knowledge computer in MS Word-Excel, outlook. **HR and Compliance working experience : +Social Compliance -i.e. WRAP, SA8000, BSCI, -Know & Understand Cambodia’s Labour Law and HR & Adm. Knowledge -C-TPAT -Health & Safety -EMS – Mold Processing -Have the practical knowledge to diplomatic in liaise with union, shop stewards, local authority’s, immigration and relevant government bodies.

-Cambodian citizen. -Good command spoken and written English, Khmer language (if able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage). -Response HR Department Daily Operation -At least 8 years experience in managing full spectrum or HR imitative in a large scale factory around 1,500 workers/employees. -Able to design and implement HR policies that can optimize workers’ productivity and control on discipline. -Well verse the Cambodia labour ordinance and prevailing HR practices. -Coordinate for external Audit & Factory Evaluation & Assessment -Document Control (i.e. record keeping, HRIS, fill in the survey, analysis and report … etc.) -Provide Internal Training or coordinate with related dept. -Staff Training and Development -Reinforced all policy/SOP and company rule & regulation. -Able to work hard, work well with ability to work effective in team. -Confident, initiative, flexible, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill, -Can work under pressure. -Candidate with less experience will be considering as Assistant Manager – HR.
