-Knowledgeable with time & motion studied, layout optimization and work standard -Review operation breakdown for incoming style -Does production & line balancing and assist to resolve bottlenecks -Ensure production lines operate under progressive bundle system and efficient structure -Monitor determine manpower allocation of operations -Study/choose best practice in line & set it as a standard -Perform cycle check -Monitor production line through production study to help improve efficiency. -Collates and prepared weekly, monthly report to IE head. -Prepare incentive scheme.

-Cambodian citizen -Male/Female -At least with a minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial Engineer in an apparel/textile in manufacturing set up -With strong, coordinating and problem solving abilities. -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/college degree or equivalent -Knowledgeable in the application of IE tool -Proficient in using office computer application etc. -Must be good analytical detail-oriented and with good communication skill in English & Khmer. -General sewing data practitioner is an advantage. -Able to work hard, work well with ability to work effective in team. -Confident, self-motivated, work under pressure. Good interpersonal skill
