-Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in production planning, sample development, material testing, inventory management, order processing as well as client follow-up -Effectively communicate with HK Merchandising Team and local production teams for ensuring quality & timely production as well as shipment -Conduct data entry and use the internal ERP system for efficient production management. -Prepare the production related reports and documentation works -Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time

-Bachelor degree in business administration or related disciplines -At least 5-year relevant work experience in merchandising, preferably with solid knowledge of factory operation in garment manufacturing. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Good command of spoken & written English. Able to speak and write Chinese (Mandarin) would be a definite asset, but not a must. -Computer literate, well versed with MS Office -Positive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
