* Job Description: •Develop and implement sales plans for our products in regards to MT and HORECA sectors. •Monitor and ensure business objectives in the region through visiting and services at outlets and/ or relevant locations. •Expand relationship with customers and network. •Improve on relationship and maintain existing and key account customers. •Represent company to resolve feedback and problems from customers / distributors. •Provide report feedbacks on weekly & monthly basis. •Monitor and evaluate salesmen’s progress and performance. •Develop new HORECA & MT business strategy in conjunction with sales team. •Update information on competitors (old or new) and target market and report •Develop on customer service in regards to MT & HORECA. •Regular presence in the market and regular visits to key customers, to better understand and meet the needs of customers, as well as find new opportunities. * Responsibilities: •Evaluate market research and sales conditions for MT & HORECA •Directly manage sales for important accounts •Possess an in-depth understanding of our company, our products and our vision •Deliver all sales activities within the agreed budget •Train, supervise and manage each member of MT & HORECA sales team to ensure that they are complying with our policies and procedures, are performing to the best of their ability and are up to date on all new commercial developments both within our company and in relation to our competitors. •Develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product and liaise with all departments to achieve effective execution •Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for product lines •Build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity •Maintain professional internal and external relationships •Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. •Leading sales HORECA team and MT, developing and implementing retail solutions, controlling checking and monitoring sales HORECA team and MT to do the right way for company. •Establish sales target and make sales plans for customers in MT in accordance with company sales and distribution strategy •Transmit the sales related information and policies from company to HORECA Team •Negotiate with HORECA and Modern Trade customers about the terms and conditions of the contract •Establish and maintain the favourable relationship with major customers •Perform other job-related as assigned •Build and keep good relationship with existing and new customers •Lead sales HORECA team and MT through company target and achieve to the distribution plan basis •Train sales HORECA team and MT and evaluation bases on selling skills, negotiation skill and supervisory skill to improve capabi

Jobs Requirement
