- The Financial Coordinator supports the Directors to record, manage and evaluate the organization's finances and financial reporting - Maintaining and helping to strengthen the organization's fiscal policies - Recording transactions - Dispersing cash and other payments - Reconciling accounts - Producing financial statements-Compiling projects financial reports - Compiling budgets for funding proposals - Assisting outside accountants when performing independent audits of projects and the organization - Traveling, if necessary with projects tours to the provinces - Representing about NGO at public events or meetings as appropriate - Attend staff meetings - Work closely with the Project team to keep up to date on programs and identify opportunities for improvements - Stay informed about financial sector trends.

- Fluent in Khmer and conversant in English - At least two years of financial experience with NGOs - Experience managing grants from international donors-Highly organized - Flexible and active approach - Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel - Knowledge/experience of arts and culture sector - Knowledge/ experience in the field of social justice - Knowledge/experience int eh filed of media - Interest in Cambodian arts and culture.
