Administration, Manage the functionality and efficiency of Middleware application like WebLogic Server and Websphere Application Server Maintains the integrity and security of systems. Timely response to support requests and incidents. Supports the resolution of incidents and problems. Maintenance of inventory and process documentation. Plan and work on projects, either as the lead or as a team member. Escalates risks and issues to management Acts as Middleware subject matter experts for Incidents and Problems.

Good Experience in Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Load Balancing, Clustering, Deploying Applications, Performance Tuning and Maintenance of -WebLogic Server versions 11g, 12c Experience in setting of High Availability and clustering for Oracle WebLogic server Experience in Websphere Application Server Experience in using Java/J2EE technologies like JSPs, Servlets, EJBs, JDBC, JNDI. Experience in JMS Configurations- JMS Server, Connection Factory, Foreign JMS server, Message Bridge, Topic/Queue, Distributed destinations. Good working knowledge of ITSM / ITIL v3 A strong team player who takes ownership of issues and problems for close follow up in the respective areas Proficient communication skills (spoken and written) in direct customer facing with users at different levels Familiar with IT related regulatory requirements, minimally IBTRM and TMG High level of IT literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Qualifications: 6 years’ experience supporting Windows Servers in a medium to large organization Ability to demonstrate a good track record of work performance Working experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage Microsoft certification is an advantage
