- Develop, manage, and execute branch strategies for healthy business growth - Manage, review, and do internal control all credit proposals and doc./info to make sure it is adequate, accurate, and reliable - Minimize loan defaults through working closely with loan recovery officer and relevant stakeholders - Manage and administer general business operations. - Lead, manage, and develop staff under supervisions to make sure they are competent

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related and at least 2 years’ experience in microfinance. Experiences in mortgage and management level is preferable - Good Knowledge of microfinance, leadership & management - Dynamic, initiative, and flexibility - Patient, integrity, and high level of interpersonal skill - Good command of English and Microsoft office.
