Jobs Requirement

Resource Planning Updating of staff planner to reflect the latest staff booking information Co-ordinate with schedulers, Engagement Managers and coordinator regarding staffing requirements Review managers’ staff requests against budget summary to ensure there is no over-booking of staff and ensure staff bookings are equitably spread over planning, interim, pre-final and final visit. Post the latest schedule weekly to update all managers and schedulers Reporting Assist with the compilation of reports. Ensure accurate and timely reports are generated for decision making and submission to management Participate in initiatives and ad-hoc projects on process improvements General Administrative duties Assist with data entry Other adhoc admin duties as and when assigned To qualify for the role you must have A-Levels/ Diploma holders in Accounting/ Business with at least 2 - 3 years relevant work experience. Details oriented, meticulous and pro-active Analytical and structured with good quantitative skills Strong problem solving skills Advanced Excel skills including creating Pivotal Tables and Statistic Charts Team player with good communication skills Able to work under pressure and possess strong work commitment Comfortable communicating with senior managers What we look for We’re looking for people with genuine creative flair, and the ability to convey and sell a creative vision to stakeholders with a tendency to stick to proven strategies.
