Jobs Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Makes and confirms reservations for passengers on scheduled airline flights: Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request of TICKET AGENT or customer, using timetables, airline manuals, reference guides, and tariff book. - Types requested flight number on keyboard of on-line computer reservation system and scans screen to determine space availability. - Telephones customer or TICKET AGENT to advise of changes in flight plan or to cancel or confirm reservation. - Inform clients of essential travel information such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa/passport requirements. - Maintain computerized inventories of available passenger space, and provide information on space reserved or available. - Make and confirm reservations for travelling and accommodations, using telephones, email, and computers. - Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details, and compute fares and fees, using schedules, rate books, and computers. - Prepare customer invoices, and accept payment. - Provide clients with assistance in preparing required travel documents and forms. - May maintain advance or current inventory of available passenger space on flights. - May advise load control personnel and other stations of changes in passenger itinerary to control space and ensure utilization of seating capacity on flights. - Contact hotel, resort, and travel operators to obtain current advertising literature. - Promote particular destinations, tour packages, and other travel services. - Provide boarding or disembarking assistance to passengers needing special assistance. - Report to COO and other task will assign by COO

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirements: - Fresh graduate in university degree, major in tourism, economy, marketing. - 1 year experience in ticket reservations system. - Priority for female to apply - Good communication and negotiation skill. - Good at speaking, listening, reading, and writing English and Chinese is moderate. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook Mail). - Knowledge of the civil aviation regulations and laws. - Knowledge of Facebook advertisement and marketing. - Able to work independent and flexible.
