- Make arrangements for booking for Backstreet Academy’s global clientele by calling hosts and arranging for a facilitator/guide; - Handle correspondence with guests via email, phone and Backstreet’s proprietary technology - Marketing of Backstreet Academy products through offline channels and building relationship with local hotel partners and travel agencies - Become involved in the process of creating special Backstreet travel experiences that include working with local people - Facilitating backstreet experiences with guests from all over the world when necessary

- Fluent in English and Khmer is a must – both written and conversational - Ability to translate between Khmer and English seamlessly - Outgoing personality, and the ability to go out and talk and meet people from different walks of life - Technology savvy, with ability to use MS Office, google docs, etc. - Have a laptop - Honesty and Integrity Preferred 1. Have worked in the tourism industry before 2. Have business education in a university 3. Have worked in a startup environment before 4.
