-Responsible for repair and maintenance of all equipment, including electrical, mechanical and plumbing work (EMP). -Handle any other related electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning work and plumbing work as required. -Prepare the job completion report and send to the senior maintenance officer -Oversee all control panel boards, electrical equipment such as generators, washing machine, air conditioner and others as assigned -Conduct regular maintenance for all the EMP work according to the schedule and as requested. -Make sure that machinery under his/her control are running properly, and seek immediate solution if when there is any issue. Anticipate and act before problems occur if possible. -Keep all statistics and service history records -Always use safety precautions during work performance to ensure own and others’ safety. -Check and report all electrical components that are damaged to maintenance manager. -Maintain his/her maintenance tools and spare parts. -Flexible working hours and participation in the on call duty required.
