I. Tours Operator (Outbound) - To prepare the Outbound Tour itinerary for each year on time - To communicate with in & out country business partners for getting the effective information - To coordinate the tour process and ensure the all information is consistency - To estimate and analysis the profit and loss for each tour package by aligning to company’s standard II. Tours Operator (Inbound) - Arrange Tour Packages which includes inbound tour and outbound tours - Set destination for domestic tourist - Check service levels, cost, and contracts - Manage all reservation such, hotel, tours guide, restaurant and transportation - Issue tour invoice / Quotation - To coordinate the tour process and ensure all information is consistency - To communicate with in & out country business partners for getting the effective information - Responsible for complaint from the clients - Provide consultative advice; suggest suitable options in order to create good tailor-made itineraries. - Quote, prepare and submit detailed programs and price proposals to customer. - Handle and reply to comments and complaints (if any) - Perform any other duties as requested by Inbound Department Manager and the Management.

I. Tours Operator (Outbound) Requirement - Bachelor degree in Tourism or other - Must to be good at Chinese and English - 1 years of experience in Outbound Tour operator - Knowledge in quotation and selling tour package - Knowledge in Searching and analyzing for preparing and translate the itinerary - Effective communication and facilitation skills - Willingness to work in flexible hour during high season II. Tours Operator (Inbound) Requirement - At least 2-years experiences as a tour operator - Experienced from travel/Tour is priority - Good command in English (Chinese or Japanese is a plus) - Good command in Computer skill - Good knowledge and experienced with writing itinerary - Good interpersonal skill
