Job Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer service inquiries (e.g. livechats,social media, calls, emails, etc.) with promptly and effectively - Provide appropriate responses and solutions to queries within defined time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Provide accurate, valid and complete information - Escalate feedback received from customers to appropriate superior when necessary - Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate internal channel

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in any field - Excellent level of Vietnamese. Bilingual is a must (Thai/Vietnamese, English/Vietnamese) Cambodian is an advantage - Willing to work in Poipet office based & in shift rotation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations - Possess strong problem-solving skills - Some experience in the online gaming is advantage - Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply
