Accounting Officer - Verify supporting invoices with support documents such as PR, PO, Contract & company policies - Issue invoices / Debit Note to customers - Issue Receipt Slip while receive money from customers - Record Transactions of purchase invoices & Sale invoice to system - Separate Freight charge by purchase invoices & Sale invoice - Forecast Cash flow and balance control - Cash out to suppliers by Cash, Cheque & Bank Transfer - Recognize accrual transactions & record to system - Prepare Monthly tax payment & Monthly tax declarations - Control Account payable balance by suppliers & Reconciliation Account Payable - Control Account receivable balance by customers & Reconciliation Account Receivable - Account Reconciliation - Control movement of inventory in-out & adjustment - Conduction physical inventory count both warehouse & production - Reconcile inventory - Costing Calculation - Update Fixed asset & calculate monthly fixed asset depreciation - Fixed asset controlling - Create procedures / Work Flow - To perform other assigned jobs HR Officer - Prepare and ensure that all paper works and calculation are accurately calculated including calculation of attendant, payroll and social security fund contribution and payroll - Recruit, screen, and interview candidates - Dealing with government officers if it is required - New employee orientation and corporate training - Involve in staff performance review of the subordinates - Schedule individual meetings with employees as needed; document and resolve employee grievances. - Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing human resource practices as required by law - Maintain employee records with a filing and retrieval system, updating past and current records - Other tasks assigned by Team Leader and Manager

Jobs Requirement

Accounging Officer - Age: 20 ~ 35 - Sex: Female or Male - Education: Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields - Experience: At least 1 year experience in accounting field (prefer in manufacturing) - Primary mathematics ability - Can use English for communication - Able communicate in Thai language - Can use MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) fluently - Open mind & team work mind - Strong commitment and stick to deadline (schedule controlling) - Friendliness toward all employees HR Officer - Age: 20 ~ 35 - Sex: Female or Male - Minimum BBA degree (Preferred in Management) - 1‐2 years worked experience in related field - Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Advance Excel,Graphic, Internet and Email) - Good knowledge of HR System, finger print, Cambodia Taxation and Labor Law is preferred - Good English (writing and speaking) - Able communcate in Thai language - Flexible, honest and hard‐working person - Working and support the team include coaching and monitoring - Willing to learn the new thing and good at dealing/facing challenge - Good interpersonal skill and communication
