- Implement sales strategy and oversee the retail operations for multiple stores to achieve company objectives, sales & margin, and manage costs and overheads within budget - Closely liaise with store management to maximize all growth opportunities and improve store performance in terms of overall turnover, profitability, share of market and product category - Drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operational aspects to meet business targets as well as customer satisfaction - Review and implement operational policies, procedures and workflow to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness - Review, accurate and complete sales and stocks weekly/monthly reporting for the management. - Manage supplies stock and process order when needed - Plan, recruit, coach, supervise and motivate the sales and customer oriented front line staff and franchisees with the objective to maintain the agreed level of productivity while sustaining the team stability and morale. - Conduct regular store visits to ensure products and operations standards complied with the corporate brand standards, international brand guidelines and local statutory requirement. - Ability to perform all instore duties when required - Increasing of sales revenue and managing operation flow efficiency - Setting up of new outlets
