• To contribute to the goal of zero accidents throughout the whole construction period, by proper implementation of a strict safety supervision program at site and by supporting the Safety and Environment Manager in promoting plans of continuous improvement of safety culture and behaviors. • Implement a strong process of monitoring and recording OH&S findings and behaviors at site to be used as an instrument to correct deviations and promote continuous improvement • To identify unsafe conditions and behaviors, promptly intervene in order to correct them, provide the necessary explanation to the affected workers and record/document the unsafe conditions and behaviors. • To prepare statistical report of the most frequent causes of unsafe conditions and behaviors in order to propose proper corrective action plan.

• University degree in any related fields • Certified OH&S specialist is preferable • Be flexible and tough in enforcing compliance with safety rules • Have good interpersonal skills • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as safety specialist for large construction projects, preferable Power or Energy / Petrochemical sector either with Western main contractors or in Western main construction sites • Fluent English / Expert in OH&S process and practice
