Data entry and administrative support (filing, etc.) Submit, track and monitor tenders, collating results for reporting Updating the system with course dates and participant information Planning and preparation of course logistics, liaising across departments Administering and collating course evaluations from participants Attending to enquiries and collection of certificates

Jobs Requirement

Minimum GCE O’ Levels and above Minimum 2 years of administrative experience Experience with government tenders an advantage Meticulous and detailed, with good follow-up skills Good written and oral communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Friendly disposition and a good team player Confident to address a class of 20 – 30 learners in a friendly and approachable manner
