• Be the interface with the local authorities and local representatives for all issues related to the project. • Perform the procurement activities of project. • Manage the interfaces with the local Authorities for what concerns: Permits, Consents, Inspections, compliance with rules and regulations. • Manage the interfaces with local representatives for exchange of information and technical / contractual issues. • Prepare requisition order and support procurement activities relevant to the project.

• High school / University degree • 5 years related work experience in procurement, and preferable experience in working with local authorities • Be effective in relations with all local stakeholders • Maintaining excellent level of communication and cooperation • Knowledge of Cambodian laws and regulations relevant to the power sector and to the construction industry • Good English language
