- Provide information about services - Receive and respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries. - Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution where possible - Professionally represent the company’s in serving customers - Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face; - keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers; - Follow up on customers' requests in a timely manner and ensure service standards are met - To convert all enquiries into appointments - To schedule Appointments - Follow up with Missed Appointments - Other tasks assigned by management **Salary budget: From 500 USD to 800 USD according to background and experience.

- Hold Bachelor degree or Master degree in Business Administration or a similar fields; - Have one or more years of working experience in real estate/private Company; - Good oral and written in English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus - Good documentation Skill; - Good computer literacy especially MS Office; - Good in Communication and Problem Solving skills; - High commitment and be able to work under pressure; - Able to work at weekend (Off day will be arranged among weekday) **Working Hour - From Monday to Sunday with 2 days Off ( Rotation) - 9:00 to 6:00pm (1 hour break) - Lunch Allowance - Public Holiday follow with Ministry of labor calendar
