- Supervise on survey and inspect properties as needed - Prepare professional property valuation reports in a timely manner as per requirement, (commercial/industrial or any kind of products with related to properties field) - In charge on due diligence report, including land and property title searches with the relevant authority - Handle for any inquiry of documentation related to property transfer with legal consultant - Counter check and clear about client’s requirement - Targeting and set up the sale plan - Building connection in related filed with clients - Payment collection - Well know about Cambodia related property law and restriction - Other tasks assign by management
