- Prepare a report and officail letter, office working, check on site, quantity checking and prepare the report about the process of construction - Check all construction to estimate the quantity, detail and coordinate with the quantity department, prepare quantity document - Prepare Cost estimation of the project - Contractor claim assessment/ payment evaluation - Variation and final account settlement

- At least 5 years experiences in a construction company - Working time: 8:00 AM～6:00 PM  - An ambitious person, honest, - A team player - Be friendly, Honest - Communication skill  - Commitment to work - Good with Computer literate (MS-Office, Project, Internet and email, AutoCAD)
