-Promoting Property sales on advertisement media and listing services. -Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms -Provide guidance and assistant seller and buyers -Determine client’s needs and financial abilities. -Follow up Lead calls and site inspection client. -Sending out details of new properties on the market to clients on your database -Making appointments and showing buyers around a property -building their own network of agents for property sales -Renders other services and tasks assigned by Sale Manager/ Operation Manager

-Both male and female (age 22-38) -Bachelor Degree in Sale Marketing or related to fields -At least 2 years’ experience in related sale real estate -Fluent English communication skills. (Chinese Mandarin is advantage) -Computer skill such as Word, Excel, Email, etc. -Working with tenants to make them happy, and work to get new tenants. -Negotiating Skills such as Sale Property Management -Strategic, analytical and good organizational skills -can work well under pressure -willing to learn and flexible. -Strong commitment and honest -Good social behavior and appearance; must have an attention for details; common sense and good judgment; and Problem solver and hands-on.
