-Maintain and update listing of available properties. -Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services. -Report and record Sales activities. -Training team on sales strategy -Coordinate event for sale activities. -Attend meetings and meet-up with Government Officials / Dignitaries / various Statutory Authorities / external Agencies. -handling enquiries and complaints with property owner and buyer -ensuring that the Property Sales/Rentals Department meets client’s needs for property sales/rentals and other key performance targets. -Responsible for preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports -To ensure timely submission of application forms with required documentation to various statutory authorities -Submit monthly management reports Manager/CEO.

-Both male and female (age 25-48) -Bachelor’s Degree in Sale Marketing or related to fields -At least 5 years’ experience in related fields Property Management, experience in a senior position in a Real Estate industry with Government and Authorities, lands, Permits and licenses. -Experience successful sales record and real estate agent. -Strong sale, negotiation and communication skills both Khmer and English. -Computer skill such as Word, Excel, Email, etc. -Ability to analyze the information and create accurate submission of applications and documentations to Local Authorities -Strategic, analytical and good organizational skills. -Has experience in dealing with government bodies; -Independent and motivated and sense of urgency; -Able to work in a highly matrix and multicultural environment; -Has healthy life style, and can work well under pressure -High level of ethics, morals, and professional standards Candidates interested in applying for the position should forward their CV’s together with a covering letter a hard copy to Lot #1, National Assembly Road, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
