• Assist handle full spectrum HR function • Implement Company’s rules & regulations comply Cambodian Labor Law • Develop revising HR Policy Procedure • Assist manager to prepare Job Description (JD), Employment Contract & Manpower Request all staff • Keep track all staff movement turn over report • Prepare HR monthly report • Prepare compensation benefit reports analysis • Follow up to synthesize appraisal data • Annual Salary Survey Orientation Program • Source candidates for vacant positions in various channels • Staff Recruitment • Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

• At least 3 years of experience as HR Generalist • Strong recruitment background is preferred • A fast learner, ability to work independently under minimum supervision • Have knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security and current regulations of Cambodia • Good focus ability • Confidentiality • Good communication skills • High responsibility • English: Good in speaking, writing and listening • Computer: Ms. Word/Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.
