Barista - Make coffee (Italian Style) and other beverages - Provide service to customers with smiling welcoming - Get order from customers - Other coffee shop tasks Coach - Schedule training process with Store Manager - Meet, greet, order, and farewell customers at the coffee shop. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Dining room service according to the Brown’s quality and service standards - Assist Store Manager in checking grooming, sanitary, staff attendance, work assignment, and all check lists - Maintenance of costs and sales level within or bettering company guidelines - Supervision of staff ensures all tasks carried out correctly and according to SOP - Instead of Store Manager, do daily briefing with coffee and kitchen staffs - Maintain hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness of all staffs - Maintain and support on STOCK level and security - Creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the coffee shop - Carry out any other duties as advised from time to time

Barista - Finish High School - Be able to speak English - Be friendly, honest, and flexible - Be willing to learn and work - Have good team work - Both male and female are encouraged to apply. - No experience is required (Training provided before working).
