- Lead a team of field sales executives to perform regular customer visitations, and to achieve sales target as assigned by the company - Develop and assign daily route plan to field sales executives - Develop & evaluate the job performance of sales team, and provide guidance whenever necessary - Develop field sales team capability through coaching and training - Ensure timeliness in the execution of operational KPI including but not limited to cash collection, customer visitation, POSM execution - Ensure diligent management of product inventory - Provide regular market feedback to field sales manager.
