- Prepare and submit payment request to Accounting & Finance Department - Reserve and hold petty cash for daily expenditure and make sure cash on hand for any urgent needs - In charge of preparing Credit invoices to Accounting & Finance Department - Coordinate events, party, refreshment, and food for Over Time staff and workers - To maintained and reconcile prepare all supplier’s invoice - To manage the consumption of office stationary and purchase office supplies - Monthly meet with accounting and finance team - Report all problems to accounting and finance team - Support HR/Admin Team for worker attendance - Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager

- Males or Females - At least associate degree Business Administrative or equivalent degree - Some Experiences are preferable - Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment with minimum supervision - Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues and across SMCD - Have interpersonal, communication skills - Be honest, hard-working, and able to Work under pressure - Strong in Khmer and able to use English language both verbal and written - Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet/Email - Willing to mobilize to Provinces is a plus
