-To be accountable for the entire operation in store -To drive the sale strategy in order to push the sale growth and manage the cost, cash control and financial management in the store -To be able to manage and do the stock prediction by ensuring that the store will not be shortage or overstock -To handle staff management involving staff recruiting, staff training, preparing staff roster and so forth -To ensure that the store will meet or over achieve on customer service based on the standard set -To ensure that security and food safety in the store -To manage and deal with other relevant issues in store -To do the relevant reports required by top management -Other tasks assigned by direct manager
