To assist Manager (Development & Construction) in leading a team of supervisors for supervision, checking, inspection and monitoring of Road, Bridge, Building and Infrastructure System. To assist Manager (Development & Construction) for overall contract management, quantity surveying and implementation of tender works To assist Manager (Development & Construction) to liase and coordinate with various parties in order to get job done satisfactorily. To assist Manager (Development & Construction) in ensuring non-conformity of work done by contractor are fully dealt with. To assist Manager (Development & Construction) to prepare written report and ensure that all site documentation are properly maintained.

Qualification / Education / training: University degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering Communication: Good spoken and written communication skill in English. 1. Good grasp of technical knowledge in the area of work such as quantity surveying, construction contract and project tendering is a must. 2. Have the ability to plan and organize his/her duties in order to meet targets and objectives. 3. Ability to prepare written report and keep proper documentation of project. 4. Computer literacy in Engineering Design Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Auto Cad is preferred 5. Have the ability to trouble shoot.
