To lead a team of engineers, supervisors for supervision, checking, inspection and monitoring of Road, Bridge, Building and Infrastructure System. To carry out and monitor the maintenance and construction works according to schedule. To liase and coordinate with various parties in order to get job done satisfactorily. To ensure non-conformity of work done by contractor are fully dealt with. To prepare written report and ensure that all site documentation are properly maintained. To ensure work done by contractor and other quantities are properly verified. To carry out master planning and engineering design work To call for Projects’ tendering procedure

Qualification / Education / training: University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Communication: Good spoken and written communication skill in English. 1. Good grasp of technical knowledge in the area of work such as construction project planning & management and civil engineering design is a must. 2. Have the ability to plan and organize his/her duties in order to meet targets and objectives. 3. Ability to prepare written report and keep proper documentation of project. 4. Computer literacy in Engineering Design Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Auto Cad is preferred 5. Have the ability to trouble shoot. 6. Knowledge and experience in Oil & Gas facilities construction is an advantage
