To lead a team of manager, marketing executives and officers to plan and implement marketing, sales and promotion strategy to attract investors To carry out marketing and promotion events, such as promotion exhibition, investment talk and etc. to promote investment opportunity in Phnom Penh To liaise and work with 3rd parties agent and government authorities / agencies to invite local and foreign investors To liase and coordinate with various parties in order to get job done satisfactorily. To prepare written report and ensure that all site documentation are properly maintained.

Qualification / Education / training: University Communication: Good spoken and written communication skill in English and Chinese 1. Good grasp of communication, sales and marketing knowledge in the area of work such as experience in sales and marketing promotion for industrial real estate is a must. 2. Have the ability to plan and organize his/her duties in order to meet targets and objectives. 3. Ability to prepare written report and keep proper documentation of project. 4. Computer literacy software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is preferred 5. Have the ability to trouble shoot. 6. Knowledge and experience in sales and marketing for residential and commercial real estate is an advantage
