- Draft and review non-complex contracts mainly sale-purchase agreements and lease agreements. - Draft and review non-complex business contracts. Conduct legal research and share results with the team - Proofread legal and corporate documents - Handle simple legal queries from various sections - Prepare drafts for Legal Manager’s review and approval - Provide advice and opinion on non-complex legal matters - Prepare various requests pertaining to internal office operations - Initiate appropriate meetings and maintain contact with relevant officials and professionals Other duties as may become necessary

- Bachelor’s degree in law (a master’s degree preferred) - At least 2 years of experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents. - Knowledge of legal drafting - Expert knowledge in contract and commercial law - Knowledge of legal research - Good at Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0) and Khmer - Strong interpersonal skill - Strong analytical thinking skill - Good temperament - Possess can-do attitude - Bring two samples of written pieces in English. Able to start within one month of notice, or less.
