-Answer, direct and distribute phone calls, incoming mail and emails. -Manage mail, email and calendars for the team. -Compose, type and edit correspondence, meeting notes, memorandum, reports, expense reports and other documents are required. -Assist the project management team with scheduling, preparing and documenting meeting and conference calls, including coordinating meeting room and travel arrangement, tracking action items and follow up actions as needed. -Assemble and prepare presentations and reports, including printing and binding documents. -Filling both electronically and physically be consistent and follow policy/ protocol.

-Vocational diploma or higher. -Good command of spoken and written English is required. -Good command of spoken Thai is preferred. -Good Microsoft Office skills (Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint). -Minimum 1 year of general office support is required. -Previous experience employment within an engineering, architectural or construction company with similar job responsibilities is preferred.
