- Identify opportunities and drive business growth within all channels on your specific area including Agents and Master. - Write a detailed Business Plan for your area that will deliver growth and improvements for the year ahead (January to December). - Take full ownership for the delivery of your Business Plan, setting milestones, with regular reviews, to ensure everything is on track for success. - Work alongside other departments within the organisation to further develop your area such as working with Trade Marketing on Trade Investment Programmes and increased POSM (Point of Sale Materials). - Develop merchandising strategy to maximize the impact of DaraPay brand on Agents and Wallet users. - At the annual appraisal set your employees SMART objectives for the year ahead that are challenging, to drive our business, and them forward. - To support your employees annual appraisal, ensure they all have an on-going development plan. Your Field Trainers will support you in the field driving these development plans. - Provide Field Trainers with necessary training & coaching to drive promoters’ performance. - Manage and deal with any under performance (with support from Human Resources and your Line Manager) in a timely way, following local labour law guidelines at all times.

- BBA and MBA degree in Management or related field - At least 3 or 5 years of working experience in Sales or Marketing service industry or FMCG - Proven, effective coaching and development skills and ability to influence others - Strong sales experience and negotiation skills - Strong customer focus - Experience in field merchant sales with Banking, MFI, Company provide service sector is first priority What are you waiting for?
