** Job Responsibilities: The financial manager/assistant financial manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of management and operational accounting functions which include: - Reviewing and developing accounting/finance policies and processes - Project implementation, management & statutory reporting, analysis, taxation - Daily financial operations including cash flow management, payments and collections - Liaising with auditors, tax agents, government authorities, and service providers, - Overseeing a team of staff who are involved in the full spectrum of accounting operations.

** Job Requirements: - Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification - ACCA or CIMA (finalist) can also be considered - At least 5 years of full set accounting experience, preferably from the insurance/finance industry - Possess strong interpersonal and leadership qualities - Proficient in Accounting System - Peachtree, QuickBooks, etc. - Good at MS Office applications i.e. Excel, Words and PowerPoint - Professional and mature individual with good interpersonal and communication skills ** Benefits: - High Salary range up to 2,000 USD/month - Yearly Annual leave 18 days/ year - Holiday every public holiday according to the labor law of Cambodia - Good Working environment - Working from Monday to Friday - Yearly incentive base on performance
