Brief description The position of executive secretary consists of providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and clerical functions such as receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and driving Task - Driving domestically and make travel arrangements for executives - Attend meetings to record minutes - Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives and committees - File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports - Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database and performing basic bookkeeping work - Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

- Bachelor degree of business administration or law suit - Over 3 years of working experiences of business administration or law suit related job (working under government business section will be especially considering) - Ability to drive and travel domestically - Good in using Thai and Cambodia language (Good in English will be especially considering) - Ability to use Microsoft Office, E-mail and surf internet
