•Work closely with Chief Operating Officer to achieve mutual agreed KPI’s. •Lead and direct the area sales teams in all aspect of sales and distribution activities in order to achieve target within given area (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap & other provinces). •Managing and executing of all trade marketing activities. •Develop & Improved route to market strategies, design model outlets by area. •Provide market intelligent in order to achieve sales, distribution and merchandising objectives. •Planning, Organizing and executing sales team toward the company’s target. •Building and maintaining good relationship with customers and sales team. •Maintaining good service through quality checks and other follow-up. •Must be active in the field with the sales personal. •Actively seeking new business opportunity with new and existing client. •Other assignment assigned by management.
