** Job Responsibilities - Provide secretarial services to Human Resources Department. - Operate telephones - Maintain up to date data on the Start Register. - Assist with control and manage payroll. Leave applications all data concerning all associates. - Assist to ensure all personnel records are maintained accurately and secure. - Administer all details related to Impetrate and National Expatriate requirement. - Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures. - Prepare and maintain files, reports, letter, memorandums and other irrelevant business documentation. - Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.

- Bachelor Degree in Management or other fields - Comprehensive English - Good at computer skill esp.
