-Project execution system build up to expect to produce a detailed strategy and a clear plan in order to effectively execute the project -Responsible for defining budget targets and for ensuring that these budget are kept -Using effective leadership skills to manage a team and ensure employees completed task on time is crucial -Coordinating activities between employees so that all employees have clearly defined roles and delegated responsibilities -Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards and minimizes our exposure and risk on project -Collecting and implementing technical requirements and creating backlogs -Organization of print planning, monitor cost, quality and deadline of the project -Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedure -Develop a test protocol for functional and technical testing -Recommend strategies for resolution of issues and provides direction and support to project team -Independently write a technical requirements specification or a technical concept leadership -Effectively communication relevant projects information and prepares time estimate and quotes for new projects or larger changes of a project together with design and construction team -Cost estimation and preparation of proposal
