- Location: Poipet, Banteay Meanchey - Schedule: Full-time - Salary: Negotiate (depending on experience) ** Duties - Managing outlet - Managing staff to ensure 100% customer satisfaction; and company’s regulations are followed. - Training and improving all employees to a high proficiency level.. - Ensuring staff understand and maintain excellent customer service to all guests - Ensuring the standard of operation is strictly followed in an assigned shift. - Monitor and control customer service and product quality. - Responsible to solve any customer complaints - Maintain physical environment of restaurant. - Preparing operating checklists. - Planning on products ordering according to forecast. - Responsible for recruiting staff, motivating and coaching. - Conduct point of sale and closing activities.
