- Accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. - Meet marketing objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. - Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; and establishing targeted market share. - Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. - Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. - Other duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 5 year experience in Marketing with 2 years in management level. - Analytical skill and knowledge of statistics, market research and business strategy. - Strong presentation, written communication, and report- writing skills in English and Khmer. - Can communicate in English both verbal and written and Chinese is desirable. - Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment. - Can use computer well especially Microsoft Office.
