- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field - At least 3 years working experience as HR professional - Extensive knowledge of Cambodian labor law and experience with multinational company will be advantaged - Ability to manage tasks and communicate to employees at all level in the organization - Strong verbal and written communication skills of English - Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS products (Word and Excel)
