- This Internship Program provides practical students with hands-on experience while at the same time fulfilling their practical training requirements for their programs. - Interns will develop a working environment knowledge of general HR and admin which include HR administrative tasks related to Talent and rewards & benefits. Ensuring that all administration processes are executed and aligned to BAT’s business strategy and resourcing needs.

- University Degree in related field. - Year-4 student or Fresh graduate - Good command of English - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Self-motivated and enthusiastic - Ambitious and self-motivated. - Result Oriented and ability to work under pressure.
