- Check on daily operation make sure the area is clean and well organized - Dealing with contract with tenant, renewal contract new contract - Prepare schedule for housekeeping cleaning, Daily cleaning and project cleaning - Prepare schedule for maintenance, servicing schedule and fixing schedule - Prepare the event schedule, Such as decoration and activities - Working direct with tenant when there is something, info and any change of policy - Check on daily operation of security, make sure be safe all the time - Prepare duty roster for all, Maintenance, Housekeeping - Check the gardening make sure keep nicely and fresh all the time - Check for any defect and report to Maintenance - Prepare monthly report for operation manager - Work out with outsource suppliers to get needed - Keeping update on company facebook and feedback respond - Prepare staff payroll and sent to finance
